Create Beauty is a weekly art and wellness therapy group for current clients seeking a calm, supportive space to slow down and reset. Each Monday, we use creative projects and five-senses activities to reduce stress, support emotional regulation, and help you feel more grounded.

The Neuroscience of Creative Therapy

Chasing Beauty is a monthly nature therapy and outdoor therapy group designed to help you reconnect with yourself, others, and creation through experiential activities in the Golden Isles.

Each month, we gather for an outing—nature walks, art museum visits, gardening activities—that gently engages the five senses. Evidence shows that sensory engagement combined with healthy connection supports healing from grief therapy, depression, and isolation.

5-Week Wellness Program for Women

Cultivate Beauty is a 5-week online therapy group designed to help you understand your true identity, strengthen emotional regulation, and build healthier boundaries. In a small group therapy for adults (maximum six participants), you'll learn evidence-based skills for more grounded, connected living.

And because it’s online, pajamas and pets are welcome—come as you are. Cultivate Beauty provides psycho-education and practical tools to support your therapeutic work, but it does not replace individual counseling. Instead, it offers a guided path to help you live with more clarity, confidence, and purpose—rooted in who you truly are.
